Return Policy


Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days after the purchase date, we have not received a written notice this return policy does not apply.

To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 - 45 days depending on the method of payment. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after the a.m. time, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
In addition, you may want to contact your bank as well. There might be a processing time before a refund is credited to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you would like to exchange the purchased item with for the same item, please send us an email to and our team will coordinate this exchange with you.

Wrong item shipped

Should the wrong item be shipped, please notify us immediately we will exchange this item with the ordered item at not extra cost.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. We cannot credit you with the amount paid from the gift giver via his/her credit or debit card.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will after the item was returned.


To return your product please contact us on and our team will coordinate with you to arrange for a pickup.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Dispute & Resolution Policy

The reason of disputes are:
- The product is not as described.
- Damaged or seal broken on the product.
- Part/Accessory missing.
- The product number is incompatible.
- Merchant Name/Brand Name specified is wrong.
- Defective/functional Issues.

In either of the above cases you are required to contact us immediately to agree on an immediate rectification.
